Speaker David Chaterly on Victorian Brass Needle Cases. David gave a very interesting talk about brass needle cases – something very few of us had encountered. He shared numerous samples from his collection which showed how expert the workmanship was at this time, and how fine the needles – many of said we would be unable to thread them they were so fine.
